Sections are rolled in all materials, particularly aluminium and stainless steel, which is used increasingly in the building and construction industry. Architects benefit from the strength and aesthetic appeal of rolled and curved sections, for use in barrel-vaulted roofs and domes, aluminium glazing units and stainless steel lintels.
Plate rolling has various applications. We can roll tanks, silos, hoppers, drums, spiral stringers - everything from a cylinder to the frustrum of a concentric cone. Plates can be rolled up to 3000mm wide and 40mm thick.
